At present, according to the characteristics of the rolling bearing of the oil cylinder and the hydraulic transmission system, the working characteristics of the oil cylinder have been mastered, and the main parameters that are harmful to the working characteristics have been found out. The specific gravity of the working characteristics is obtained, the stability of the equipment is improved, the vibration characteristics of each module in the work are grasped as soon as possible, and the inner cavity support force of the oil cylinder of the construction machinery and mining equipment is analyzed.


In the above-mentioned traditional structure of cylinder piston rod fracture, the new piston rod drum structure has obtained and developed a detailed basic theoretical analysis and design scheme, which provides a basic theoretical basis for the production, processing and specific application of the drum piston rod. Taking the hydraulic transmission system of the excavator working device as an example, the mathematical analysis model and model simulation of the state variables are established. It can realize the horizontal pin and the single oil cylinder, which ensures the safety of the single oil cylinder of the crane telescopic technology, and is reliably locked on the telescopic system, avoiding accidents and reducing the hydraulic pressure and circuit system. Reliability regulations apply to lifting equipment and other manufacturing industries.
